Foreign Dealing

If you have an existing MarketMaster or Company Dealing Account you can deal in foreign stocks over the telephone. If you intend on trading US stocks, you should also read the W-8BEN Guide and complete the W-8BEN form.

Direct Debit for Shortfalls & Fees

The Direct Debit will allow you to make purchases, up to the ‘available to invest’ figure shown in the ‘portfolio and accounts’ section of our website, without having to credit funds prior to making your purchase. When your purchase settles we will then apply for the funds from your nominated bank account using the Direct Debit system. In addition the direct debit can be used to collect fees from your nominated bank account if you wish. If you don’t have a Barclays Bank account you must send a bank statement dated within the last 3 months to enable us to verify this account.

 

Direct Debit for Regular Payments

This Direct Debit will allow you to make monthly payments to your Barclays Stockbrokers Account of £100 more. If you don’t have a Barclays Bank account you must send a bank statement dated within the last 3 months to enable us to verify this account.

ShareDeal Direct Debit

Set up a direct debit for settlement for your ShareDeal - (certificated dealing account).

 

 

 

Account Linking form

To link your Barclays Stockbrokers accounts to help you achieve a lower commission rate by accumulating the trades you make.

Application for user Access

To grant permission to allow another individual to view and/or deal in your account.

 

 

Two-way agreement form

The ‘Two Way Agreement Form’ when completed and returned to us is used to accept the ‘Terms & Conditions’ of your MarketMaster® or Investment ISA if you have opened your account with us by telephone.

 

 

CREST Transfer form

To transfer certificates to your Barclays Stockbrokers account.

 

Special Stock Transfer form

To transfer certificates to your Barclays Stockbrokers account.

 

SIPP Benefits form

For example if you want to start drawing benefits from your SIPP as an unsecured pension, or an alternatively secured pension.

 

US Tax Documentation – W8-BEN Form

 

If you have an individual account and intend to trade in US stocks, you should read the guide and complete the W8-Ben form. If your account is non-individual for example Pension/Corporation/Trust please telephone our contact centre for further guidance.

 

Gift Transfer Form

To transfer shares from your portfolio to that of a spouse or other party
