There may be times when dealing online isn't convenient, or you might want to deal in an investment not available online, so we offer access to your account by telephone
And when you're dealing by phone, you'll be able to:
- Quote & Deal during market hours with a real-time price, so you know what the price is before you decide to deal, with immediate confirmation
- deal in investments only available by phone including gilts, bonds, non-IRS foreign securities and a wide range of unit trusts
- place limit orders
- deal at competitive dealing commission charges, with account linking offering you the opportunity to reach lower commission rates more quickly, whether you deal online or by telephone

- get up-to-date share prices using our automated voice recognition service
- use ShareDeal - certificated dealing - only available by phone.
