1. The prize draw is open to any Barclays Stockbrokers clients who trade Contract for Difference (CFD) or Financial Spread Trading (FST) aged 18 or over resident in the UK, excluding employees and past employees of Barclays Bank PLC, City Index Ltd or anyone materially connected to the administration of the prize draw.
2. The names and county of the winners and the name of the independent observer will be available to anyone sending a stamped addressed envelope to Direct Marketing Team, Barclays Stockbrokers, Tay House, Glasgow, G2 4LH within 28 days of the published closing date of the draws.
3. Barclays Stockbrokers reserves the right to publish the names and county of the winners or to publicise the prize-giving presentation after the closing date of the prize draws.
4. All entrants to the prize draws will be deemed to have accepted the rules.
5. The winners will be notified by telephone and then in writing. Winners will receive their prize by courier within 15 working days*
6. All the prize winners’ names and address details will be passed to Hewlett-Packard Limited to enable them to dispatch the prizes and will be used for no other purpose by Hewlett-Packard limited.
7. No alternatives to the prizes offered will be given.
8. Hewlett-Packard Limited will provide warranties for all of the products they supply.
9. Closing date for the receipt of prize draw entries (this is defined as a completed eligible trade for each working day*) from this promotion is 30.05.08, but Barclays Stockbrokers reserves the right to extend or reduce the closing date if they wish. Only trades completed by the closing date will be entered.
10. In the event that the prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer alternative prizes up to the value of those publicised within this promotion.
11. Clients will be automatically entered into the prize draws. Each day a trade is completed that day will go towards their number of eligible entries for the week, up to a maximum of 5 entries for the week. By opting out of this prize draw you will also opt out of any other prize draws running until 30.05.08.
12. Barclays Stockbrokers are the sole promoter of the prize draws.

14. The entrants will be divided up by the day they complete a trade. Trades completed after 17.00 GMT on the previous Friday will be added to the draw for the current week and trades completed after 17.00 GMT on the Friday of the current week will be entered into next week’s draw. The actual draws will take place once a week from 15.02.08 until 16.05.08 and will be supervised by an independent observer.”

*Working days are 09.00-17.00 Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
