1. The prize draw is open to any investor (existing or new to Barclays Stockbrokers) who opens or contributes to an existing Investment ISA account with Barclays Stockbrokers in this tax year. Investors need to be aged 18 or over resident in the UK, excluding anyone materially connected to the administration of the prize draw.
2. You will be automatically entered into the prize draw when you successfully open or contribute to an existing Investment ISA account by 30.06.08.
   
3. Closing date for the receipt of prize draw entries from this promotion is 30.06.08.
   
4. The winner of the prize draw will receive Thomas Cook Worldwide holiday vouchers to the value of £10,000.
5. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent observer from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on 04.07.08.
6. The winner will be notified by telephone and then in writing. The winner will receive their prize by courier within 15 working days.
7. If a winner cannot be contacted within 20 days from the draw date, an alternative winner will be drawn.
8. The name and county of the winner and the name of the independent observer will be available to anyone sending a stamped addressed envelope to Direct Marketing Team, Barclays Stockbrokers, Tay House, Glasgow G2 4LH within 28 days of the published closing date of the draw.
9. Barclays Stockbrokers reserves the right to publish the name and county of the winner or to publicise the prize-giving presentation after the closing date of the prize draws.
10. All entrants to the prize draw will be deemed to have accepted the rules.
11. No alternatives to the prize offered will be given.
12. In the event that the prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize up to the value of those publicised within this promotion.
13. Barclays Stockbrokers are the sole promoter of the prize draw.
