This fund has the main aim of producing a regular income stream for its investors. Its key objective is to produce an annual income return of either 7%, or the prevailing Bank of England interest rate plus 2.5%, whichever is the higher.
The returns are calculated after the deduction of applicable management fees and allowable fund expenses. The fund is designed for individuals who want to achieve an enhanced regular income from their investment and are prepared to accept a degree of risk.

Funds should be viewed as a mid to long term investment. If you're not prepared to invest in a fund for more than 5 years, then it might not be the right investment for you. The value of funds and any income that they generate can fall as well as rise and you may get back less than you invested. If you are uncertain about the suitability of funds or fund packages as an investment, you should seek financial advice.

- We may receive trail commission from the Fund Manager. If we do, this will be a % of the standard Annual Management Charge (AMC) applied by the Fund Manager.
