Funds Dealing Package - Morley Global Cautious Income Fund

The key objective of this fund is to produce an annual income return equivalent to the prevailing Bank of England interest rate plus 1%, after the deduction of applicable management fees and additional fund expenses. The fund is designed for individuals who want to achieve an enhanced regular income from their investment but have a cautious approach to risk.

To achieve the target level of income for the fund, the Fund Manager has a policy of investing in a diversified portfolio of bonds and actively managed equities. The manager specifies a full range of instruments that they may choose to invest in. This includes the use of sophisticated financial instruments (derivatives) to generate additional income.

fund factsheet

Funds should be viewed as a mid to long term investment. If you're not prepared to invest in a fund for more than 5 years, then it might not be the right investment for you. The value of funds and any income that they generate can fall as well as rise and you may get back less than you invested. If you are uncertain about the suitability of funds or fund packages as an investment, you should seek financial advice.

Charges

  • Maximum Initial Charge of 1.5% per fund. No further charges applied for buying a Funds Dealing Package

  • We don't pass on a charge for our selection expertise

  • Minimum Investment Amount £1,000

Disclosure of inducements – when we invest in a fund on behalf of a client, Barclays Stockbrokers may receive remuneration from the Fund Manager in two forms:

  • We may receive a share of the Initial Service Charge (ISC) applied by a Fund Manager.  On a Funds Market fund, this will be a maximum of 1.5%.  For non-Funds Market funds this will vary on a per fund basis and be a % of the standard ISC applied by the Fund Manager.  This will be detailed on the contract note.

  • We may receive trail commission from the Fund Manager.  If we do, this will be a % of the standard Annual Management Charge (AMC) applied by the Fund Manager.

Details of any remuneration received are available on request.  More information on how remuneration is calculated can be found in our charges and remuneration guide.
